Tim coordinates CRDF Global’s counterproliferation programs aimed at curbing the WMD threats posed by the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK). Tim has led projects for several customers, including the U.S. Department of State, Global Affairs Canada, the U.K. Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and others to enforce UN Security Council resolutions related to proliferation finance, maritime security, cybersecurity, strategic trade controls, and nuclear security.

Project Lead
Gabrielle is a project lead on the countering Democratic People’s Republic of Korea team at CRDF Global where her portfolio focuses on counterproliferation finance and cryptocurrency-related sanctions evasion. Formerly, Gabrielle worked for the U.S. House Committee on Homeland Security and the Stimson Center. Her research focuses on blockchain technology, nuclear safeguards, nuclear security, UNSCR 1540 assistance programs, international sanctions compliance, and proliferation networks.
