Tyler Nielsen is the CEO of Sanctions Advisory, a Copenhagen and Oslo-based consultancy supporting clients in navigating the risks and complexities of international sanctions and export controls. Tyler utilizes his extensive US government and industry experience with the departments of Treasury and State, US Embassy Helsinki and as the Head of Advisory – Sanctions at Nordea to support clients in the financial services, maritime, energy, and technology sectors across the Nordics, Asia and the US. In his tenure with the US government, he was instrumental in driving policy and enforcement on Russia, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Africa sanctions programs, particularly in collaboration with Nordic governments. Tyler earned a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University.

Jens Wrang Nielsen is a sanctions professional who started his career in the Danish Business Authority. Here, he was responsible for the implementation and enforcement of the sanctions that falls under the remit of the authority during the challenging times of 2021-2023. He now works as a principal compliance officer in Danske Bank with sanctions compliance.
