The event will feature three separate break out rooms on three hot topics, each moderated by a sanctions or export controls expert. Attendees will be placed into groups of approx 10 people each, and take turns in each room. In other words, the first 25 mins will be in one room discussing the first topic, the next 25 mins in the second room, and so on. Every participant will get a chance to discuss all three topics.

Topics for each room are as follows:

🔸Room 1: The 12th EU Sanctions Package: What it contains and how to implement it effectively, Moderated by Martijn Feldbrugge of BSCN

🔸Room 2: Russia Sanctions Enforcement: What to look out for in 2024, Moderated by: Charlotte Spierings of Clifford Chance

🔸Room 3: Semiconductor-related Export Controls – The implications of the use of export controls as a national security device, Moderated by: Sebastiaan Bennink, Bennink Amar Advocaaten
