Iris Kleinekorte is the global head of compliance at Monjasa A/S, which is an oil trading and bunkering company which has its own supply vessels. The members of Monjasa’s compliance team are in Copenhagen, Cyprus, Dubai, and Panama and as part of Monjasa’s compliance program the team is responsible for sanction screening of all customers, suppliers, vessels, and marine fuels. Iris is a Dutch qualified lawyer and has been working in various legal and compliance functions for the last 18 years in both the oil and transport sector.

Tyler Nielsen is the CEO of Sanctions Advisory, a Copenhagen and Oslo-based consultancy supporting clients in navigating the risks and complexities of international sanctions and export controls. Tyler utilizes his extensive US government and industry experience with the departments of Treasury and State, US Embassy Helsinki and as the Head of Advisory – Sanctions at Nordea to support clients in the financial services, maritime, energy, and technology sectors across the Nordics, Asia and the US. In his tenure with the US government, he was instrumental in driving policy and enforcement on Russia, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Africa sanctions programs, particularly in collaboration with Nordic governments. Tyler earned a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University.

Andreas Rune Nielsen is a Compliance professional with 8 years of experience in developing and driving compliance programs focused on sanctions, export control, and compliance due diligence for large Danish companies in the energy transition technology and minerals processing industries. Before that, he served as a Danish government official for more than a decade.
