Lukas Lobnik
Legal Counsel
Vienna University of Economics
Dr. Lukas Lobnik is legal counsel in the legal department of the Oesterreichische Nationalbank (OeNB) and a lecturer at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU). Previously he was a researcher while writing his doctoral thesis at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) and worked for the Austrian Supreme Court. He is publishing and presenting in different legal areas like banking law, civil law and sanctions law.
Armin Ahari
Vienna University of Economics
Dr. Armin Ahari is legal counsel in the legal department of the Oesterreichische Nationalbank (OeNB) and a lecturer at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU). Previously he was working for the Financial Market Authority (FMA) in the department for resolution, before that he worked for the Austrian Constitutional Court and the Austrian Supreme Court. He was a researcher while writing his doctoral thesis at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU). He is publishing and presenting in different legal areas like banking supervisory law, civil law and sanctions law.

Ivy Llena has over 14 years of experience in the learning and development field, providing capacity-building and professional development programs for corporate and social service agencies in the US and the Philippines.
Before joining ACSS, she was a program director at a non-profit organization in the Philippines, where she co-designed and co-implemented economic empowerment programs and services for survivors of human trafficking and their families. Ivy also served at the Social Policy Institute at Washington University in St. Louis, where she led and contributed to inclusive economic growth initiatives.
