• How do I craft a sanctions clause?

• Is a sanctions clause even necessary for my contract?

• How do I negotiate objections to certain provisions in sanctions clauses?

Bring your toughest questions on anything related to anything you ever wanted to know about sanctions contract clauses. Our speaker will do his best to work through the answers with the group.

Attendees can submit questions or hypothetical scenarios either in advance to ACSS via illena@sanctionsassociation.org or on the spot during the session.
