Description:

After half the world went to the polls this year, potentially the most impactful was the re-election of Donald Trump. The first Trump Administration saw the implementation of broad and far-reaching restrictions on China as well as lukewarm relations with Russia. But what can we expect this time around and how could this potentially impact us as compliance professionals?

Join us as we delve into in the next four years of the US Presidency, likely regulatory changes, and the potential impact of such changes on compliance practitioners over the coming years.

What the webinar aims to cover:

  • The Story So Far – Russia and China

  • Ruso-American relations and regulatory implications – Will peace in Ukraine bring an easing of sanctions?

  • Chinese Military Industry Sanctions, Restrictions on Semi-conductors & Chinese counter sanctions
