Sanctions clauses have increasingly become standard elements in international contracts of all types. This Sanctions Connect session will facilitate understanding on this complex issue, and address questions such as:

Bring your toughest questions on anything related to anything you ever wanted to know about sanctions contract clauses. Our speaker will do his best to work through the answers with the group.
Attendees can submit questions or hypothetical scenarios either in advance to ACSS via illena@sanctionsassociation.org or on the spot during the session.
