Training is not just a part of an AML compliance program; it is a core pillar. With regulations constantly evolving, new sanctions being added, and extensive political discourse, keeping your staff informed about how these changes affect their responsibilities is crucial.

This is not a topic to be taken lightly or marked as a tick-the-box routine. We need to be specific and customize the content to your needs. This training session will review current programs, examine what is in store for 2024, and provide practical guidance on creating and monitoring an effective sanctions compliance training program.

  • Current sanctions environment from a global perspective
  • How to create a sanctions compliance training program
  • What to take into account and what not to
  • Monitoring and making changes to your plan throughout the year
  • Lessons learned
