Head Financial Information
In January 2020, Marion assumed the role of Head Financial Information. The British-Australian dual citizen moved from Refinitiv (formerly Thomson Reuters), where she was appointed Managing Director Enterprise Business in 2016. In this position she was responsible for a significant flagship business of many hundreds of million dollars, delivering real-time data feeds, analytics, data management and distribution platforms to financial service customers globally. In prior roles, she has run global technology and cross asset content teams at scale, supported by 1,500 experts in 26 countries worldwide. Marion held a variety of executive roles within Thomson Reuters, which she joined in 1994. She gained international experience as Executive Director, Board of Reuters India, where she established and developed a center of excellence that would eventually span five offices and 2,000 employees. Marion holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education in French and German from the University of Cambridge. She was nominated in the Cranfield University Female FTSE 100 Women to Watch Board Report in 2017, and in 2014 was the winner of the Award for Achievement at the Women in Banking and Finance Awards.
Global Head of Sales & Partners
John heads up the Global Sales & Partners organization for Financial Information at SIX and he is part of the business unit leadership team. In his role he is working closely with our customers and partners to support and anticipate their data and regulatory requirements. He is also responsible for identifying and responding to global market trends. John has been with the company since 2004, in previous roles, he oversaw the Financial Information Sales for SIX in the US, and in the U.K. and Ireland.
At SIX, John is firmly focused on helping firms meet their core reference data, corporate actions and key regulatory data needs, especially Global Sanctions Monitoring, IRS871m, MIFID II and PRIIPs. John is a regular speaker at industry events in Europe and the U.S.
Prior to joining SIX, John spent 10 years consulting in the financial services sector across the US & Europe. Johns holds a Master’s Degree from University College Dublin.
Senior Product Manager
Oliver is Senior Product Manager at Financial Information, SIX based in Switzerland. He is proposition manager for KYC, AML and Sanctions and he is responsible for the corresponding SIX product offering. He has led multiple customer implementation projects in the above areas in various international locations. Prior to his engagement at SIX Oliver has worked in the HQ of a banking group as well as for large international technology cooperation’s leveraging his experience from his assignment at the Swiss antitrust department.
Oliver has a master’s degree in economics and an Executive MBA from EPFL Switzerland and the University of Texas at Austin.
Senior Data Consultant
Jeff is a Senior Data Consultant at SIX specialized in the implementation and support of data and technology for global sanctions surveillance. He has held several roles at SIX from data operations, client support, sales support and is currently part of the Product Management team. This has provided him a wide range of knowledge on reference data, corporate actions and pricing.
Jeff graduated from Fairfield University with a BS in Economics.
Head of Sales, Americas
David leads the sales and product support teams for SIX in the Americas and is a member of the local leadership team. In this role he is responsible for overseeing all business development activities for SIX in US, Canada, Caribbean and Latin America . From this industry facing position, he orchestrates the local ambitions of SIX and drives client development, awareness and satisfaction.
David holds a BA in Economics from Keene State College and is passionate about solving industry problems and providing innovative solutions to business needs.
