Tech Webinar:

The New Age of Digital Currency: How Sanctions Compliance Must Adapt

One of the most radical enhancements to the OFAC sanctions regime was the 2018 addition of virtual asset wallet addresses to the SDN list. Not only did this “anoint” the virtual asset community with added “legitimacy,” but it also highlighted to all entities falling under OFAC’s jurisdiction that they must be on the lookout for any interaction with the listed wallet addresses.

In this webinar, members of the ACSS Sanctions Innovation and Technology Task Force (SITT), the expert forum on the latest trends in sanctions technology, will offer their insight on how the advent of virtual assets could dramatically change the current geopolitical “pecking order.” They will also give attendees tools to adapt to those changes.
